Any client that is more than 10 minutes late to their appointment will need to reschedule their appointment.

No refunds are permitted on any of Crucial Concepts product or service.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

• We own all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights. You may not use our trademarks or logos without our prior written consent.

Privacy

• We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

Subscriptions

Payment: Payment for the subscription plan must be made in full before the first appointment. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card.

1. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of that appointment without the possibility of a refund or rescheduling.

2. Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. You may reschedule your appointment for a future date and time, subject to the coach's availability.

3. Subscription Renewal: The subscription plan will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You will be notified of the renewal date and the amount to be charged before your subscription is renewed.

4. Appointment Schedule: The coach will schedule appointments at a mutually agreed-upon time, and each appointment will last for a specific duration. Any unused time from an appointment cannot be rolled over to a future appointment.

5. Refunds: There are no refunds or credits for missed appointments, unused appointment time, or early termination of the subscription plan.

6. Confidentiality: All information shared during the coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except where required by law.

7. Appointments do not roll over into the following month.
